I am not selling a miracle program or plan here, I am only listing the methods I tried to heal my skin and telling you what worked and what didn’t work for me. There are plenty of acne solution scam pages out there. This is not one of them.

My purpose for this page is to help people who suffer with adult acne benefit from my self-experimentation and have happier lives.
I understand the physical pain of having these buggers on your face (and they tell you not to squeeze them but they HURT! You can’t help but try to get rid of them!). It’s embarrassing to walk around with spotty skin as an adult. It’s heartbreaking to throw thousands of dollars down the toilet and not see results.
